Jade Hall- Senior Session

Check out this beauty! We were thrilled when we were contacted by Jade and her mom asking us to photograph her for her Senior pictures. We loved spending time with this young lady as she eagerly anticipated her upcoming graduation! Senior Sessions are a lot of fun for us! It always involves two to three outfit changes and fun props that reflect the personality of the graduate herself. It’s such a fun time for us to get to know them, learn what they love to do, and what plans they have for the future. We headed to Downtown Mesa with Jade and it ended up being the perfect backdrop for her session with us. She looked amazing and worked with us very well, taking direction flawlessly. It was such a fun afternoon for us and we are so pleased with the end results.

Jade, we wish you all the best in your future! Congrats on graduating high school- what a huge accomplishment! Thanks for asking us to be a part of it!

Jennifer Walter- Individuals Session

We had the fantastic pleasure of spending an afternoon with this lovely lady, Jennifer Walter. We met Jennifer quite a while back when the three of us each attended Cornerstone Church in Chandler. But we never really got the opportunity to spend a lot of time with her and really get to know her. The day of her photo shoot was such a treat! We spent the afternoon in Downtown Tempe and landed inside a very cool little alley way that worked perfectly. It was a pretty windy day surprisingly, but it definitely worked in our favor with Jennifer! She rocked the shoot and she was such a fun client to work with. Afterwards, the three of us headed over to Five Guys to grab a couple burgers for dinner. It was even more fun to relax with her after the shoot over a meal and get to know her even more. We had such a great time with her on this day! We hope you love these pictures as much as we do…

Scott Leggett – Individuals Session

Over the past few months, Scott has become a great friend to me (Jason) and we were stoked to be able to help him out when he asked for some head shot images for a new portfolio and resume he was hoping to get out in the world. He recently felt a calling to pick up shop and make a career move back to something that he loves doing, leading worship. Scott had been overseeing and helping craft services at New Life Community Church in Peoria Arizona and really was missing out on his first love of being the guy leading people with music.

So to help Scott get a bangin portfolio going to send out to prospective new organizations or communities, we had to get him some poppin images that made him look like a studious artistic leader! I think he did pretty fabulous as we created some images in and around downtown Scottsdale.

Scott, we wish the best for you buddy! Thanks for letting us be a part of this big transition in your
life…

Aarika

We love Aarika!! She is the sister of Rachelle Edmondson- we did a photo shoot of The Edmondson’s back in May and we were so blessed to have met Aarika through them! Aarika babysits Cruz (our son) quite often and to say that he loves her would be an understatement. He is so comfy with her and just loves hanging out with her from time to time.

When Aarika asked us if we’d do a photo shoot with her, we were ecstatic and immediately had a flood of ideas to use with her. She has such a fun spirit and is such a joy to hang with. We went from spot to spot and kept on snapping- the camera just loves her! She kept saying that she didn’t know what to do in front of the camera, but it’s clear that whatever she was doing was working! She’s such a cool girl and we are so happy to know her and have her in our lives.

We know Cruz is grateful too!

Kory Kredit

Last weekend I (Jason) got to hang out with a great friend, Kory Kredit. First off let me just say how cool this cat really is because the pictures don’t do justice! Kory not only is a tremendous vocalist in the worship program that I help lead at Cornerstone, but the dude is an amazing social media and online consultant!

So when he asked for some new headshots for his website for his new consulting company he’s starting, I was thrilled to get to glean advice off of him. He’s not new to the consulting game. He told me he’s been consulting and working in online media since 1994. Half-jokingly, he said on our way to the shoot, “Back then, the Internet was something we used but didn’t tell anyone about.”

Wow.

Aside from getting to rack his brain about social media and marketing, we stumbled into the most fantastic natural light at the Tempe Center for The Arts that evening. The lobby has three story floor to ceiling windows, so it was like shooting with a 35 foot soft boxes. Sweet light.

I was really happy with how these turned out and I hope Kory gets some great use of them.
