The Gokees are absolutely hilarious. If you notice in the following pictures Jeff is smiling in pretty much every shot! You need to understand that Jeff is like a human hummingbird…I’ve never before seen a guy have more energy and enthusiasm on a non-stop basis! So laid back, calm Patty (Jeff’s wife) complements him beautifully.

Their two boys Ben and Cooper are the funniest little dudes as well. They were hamming it up the whole time during the shoot! Check out some of those faces!

We started out along Mill Ave in Tempe in some hardcore serious evening sun in the first pictures. The boys squinted their eyes and complained they couldn’t see anything! But we really wanted to compose a bit of a harsher image against a super cool old wall with a vintage painting on it. We think they turned out marvelous despite the blasting sun!

Jeff and I (Jason) worked and served together for the past few years at our church and he’s gotta be one of the best youth pastors I’ve had the privilege of working alongside. The dude cares deeply about students and is a phenomenal speaker as well. You just gotta be prepared for the “tornado” that is Jeff Gokee when he gets on stage…he brings it!
