You know when you find good friends- friends that you know will in fact be part of your life always? That’s the Merrell’s. No matter what life stage we are all in, our friendship remains in tact. And that’s truly what I value so much. The moved to California about a year ago and while we were happy for all that was ahead of them, we knew we were going to miss them so much!
Just last month, the opportunity to visit them was presented to us- Jason was asked to lead worship for the youth group that Ron leads at the church they now attend. We were so excited to get out of this heat and visit with amazing people!
We stayed with The Merrells and in between band practice, lunch, visiting and the craziness of the kids, we were able to squeeze in a little bit of time to do a photo shoot with them! We were honored and blessed to spend so much time with them, even if it was only for a little bit. If you could spend time with The Merrells you would quickly learn that they really are incredible people who love each other and others. It’s always refreshing to be around them.
This family is amazing. We miss them a lot and wish they lived closer.
