What an incredible family! Eric, Kari and their adorable son Adam were such a fun bunch to spend the afternoon with for this maternity session. Kari is ready to have their second child, (a little girl!) any day now and she was just glowing during our time together. We headed to downtown Gilbert for this shoot and it was a little bit unpredictable as to whether or not we were actually going to be able to pull off the shoot. It had been raining ALL DAY long and it was supposed to continue to rain into the evening. Kari and I touched base prior to the shoot, hoping to not have to reschedule, but coming up with a Plan B just in case! Thankfully, we decided to go for it and hope that the rain would hold up for an hour so we could get some good shots in. And the weather actually did decide to cooperate and actually, the sun came out and made for a very bright and sunny photo shoot! It was great!

Their son Adam was such a little ball of energy on this day! He didn’t really want to sit still for the shoot, definitely keeping me on my toes! But I was up for the challenge and managed to snag some great shots of this amazing family! It actually wasn’t super hard- I mean, look at how cute this handsome little 3 year old is!

It was my pleasure to capture The Myers family before they welcome their little bundle of joy into their family. I wish them all the best as they approach this huge event in their lives!
