Saying goodbye is hard to do. That’s what we had to do with these fabulous friends after our shoot with them on this particular evening. James and Tracy Patterson have become amazing friends of ours. We’ve been through a lot with this family and have really had to lean on each other in the past months, causing our friendship with them to deepen like crazy!
We did this photo shoot with them a few days before they were about to head out of town- unfortunately for good! They have moved to Dallas, Texas to be a part of an amazing community where James is the new Minister to Singles at First Baptist Dallas. We were so thrilled that they asked us to photograph their family one last time in Arizona. We were incredibly sad to see them go. James is an amazing speaker, Tracy is a brilliant woman and their four kids are as cute as ever. You’d be crazy to not see the value in this family and to not want them around. We keep in regular touch with The Patterson’s and hear that they are loving Dallas and are settling in nicely. They even had a bunch of snow a couple weeks ago! We can’t wait to head that way to visit them and see everything that they are doing in their community. They are extraordinary people who have huge hearts. You can’t go through all that we’ve been through with this family and not actually consider them FAMILY.
So let us introduce you to The Patterson family. You will love them as much as we do…

Looks great, miss those guys here in Arizona. But if you are going to move anyplace besides here, Texas is a good place too. Looks like the family is doing great and the photographer did a great job of catching the personalities.
