Every once in a while we bring our son Cruz on our photo shoots. We try to always find a babysitter, but sometimes it’s just not possible. So when that happens, we bring him. When we met The Rounds, we had Cruz in tow on their shoot. And when we arrived, I introduced Cruz explaining that we didn’t have a babysitter. Yvonne warmly smiled at him and said, “It’s ok! We’re all family here!”

And that’s exactly what their whole life exudes. What a brilliant example.

Todd, Yvonne and their daughter Aubrey were referred to us by Josh and Liz Barton. They are leaders for the Jr. High staff at Mission Community Church alongside Josh Barton who is the Jr. High Pastor there. We could tell within seconds of meeting them that these are people who love others and who live life treating others as their very own family. We were genuinely put at ease in their company and we had such a great time hanging out with them for the afternoon.

Their daughter Aubrey is a very talented little girl! We had a great time talking with her about all her aspirations. She told us that she wanted to be a pediatrician someday, and her love for babies was evident as she was so good with Cruz. He had such a great time with her and she played with him the whole time. I kept telling Yvonne that she was going to be an amazing big sister! Aubrey also has quite the creative side and wants to design clothing in some fashion someday. It was so fun to see her eyes sparkle when she was describing all of her passions! She’s a bright little girl and we have no doubt that she will do all that and more someday.

At the time of this photo shoot, The Rounds were expecting a little boy and wanted to capture the baby bump before his arrival. Since this shoot, little Brennan has arrived! He was born on Sunday, December 13th weighing 7 pounds 7 ounces and 20 inches long. What an amazing early Christmas gift!

Congratulations Todd and Yvonne! Brennan is beautiful and so extremely fortunate to have you two as parents and as his family. Merry Christmas!
